What we collect

Snuggly Socks collects only the information needed to run your order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, payment details (processed securely by our payment providers — we never see your full card number), and order history.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order updates and — only if you subscribe — occasional cosy emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the store work (our storefront host, payment processors and shipping carriers), and only to the extent needed to deliver your order.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working, and optional analytics/advertising cookies only with your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@getsnugglysocks.com. UK and EU customers have statutory rights under UK GDPR; California customers have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We will never discriminate against you for exercising them.

Retention & security

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted. Data is stored with our payment and hosting providers under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
